Other Criteria

Students are required to be full-time students for the duration of their degree programs. Deferment of a scholarship is not allowed.

List of Recognized Universities

The "Luys" list of the top 10 universities is set according to the US News Report ranking of the World's best Universities.

It is important to remember that "Luys" does not have any control over the ranking process of the The US News Report list that may vary considerably from one year to the next. If a scholar is already enrolled as a Luys student at a university that may drop off the US News report list the following year, "Luys" will continue its support to the student until the completion of the academic program already in process.
